Upper Body Mobility Group Class
Our Upper Body Mobility class focuses on mobilizing the shoulders, elbows, wrists and thoracic spine. Through conditioning several areas including the pecs, shoulders, lats, and thoracic spine, this class will help you develop the strength needed to get your body moving in correct alignment. This class is appropriate for all levels and athletes. Modalities can be easily gauged and adjusted to meet your current level of mobility.
All NEIF group classes are 50 minutes long. Taught by a certified NEIF trainer, all classes have a maximum of 10 people to ensure personalized support.
