Private training allows for a highly individualized approach toward achieving your strength and mobility goals. Starting with an initial personal training assessment, we cover your goals, a background fitness screening, and a strength and movement evaluation. We then create a personalized training program for you to reach your goals. The modalities and programming used can be regularly adjusted and updated to better suit your performance and individual needs. Private training can be 1-on-1 or 2-on-1.
