Gymnastic Strength Training
Our GST group class is a whole body workout. It focuses on foundational moves that progress to the seven primary gymnastic strength modalities. (Front Lever, Straddle Planche, Side Lever, Manna, Pistol Squat, Hollow Back Press, and Rope Climb) Specifically, we address the core, pushing, pulling, single leg strength & straight arm strength. This class has a quick tempo, conditioning our bodies’ muscles, tendons and bones to perform at a higher level. No previous experience with GST is necessary.
All NEIF group classes are 50 minutes long. Taught by a certified NEIF trainer, all classes have a maximum of 10 people to ensure personalized support.
