Cancellation Policy
NEIF has a 12 hour cancellation policy. All sessions must be cancelled during business hours. Monday - Friday 6:30am to 8:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm. Arriving 15 or more minutes late to a session will forfeit the session unless you have successfully notified your instructor in advance.
Do I need some minimum fitness level or experience for group classes?
No. Our instructors are trained to be able to modify moves for a client’s level of mobility, flexibility and strength.
I have/had an injury. Can I still take classes?
We believe the best route to long-term health is to learn perfect form on functional movements, and to slowly build strength in those movements, rather than to avoid them altogether. Our instructors are taught to scale and substitute exercises and tailor movement to your abilities. However, we cannot offer you medical advice and recommend that you consult your physician before starting an exercise program. If you are unsure, contact NEIF for further inquiry.
What can I expect for my first class?
If it’s your first time dropping in, arrive at least 10 minutes early. Let us know your level of training experience and if you have any injuries or other limitations, so the instructor can help craft an optimal experience for you.
What do I need to bring?
Bring workout clothes and a positive attitude. Water, towels, and showers are available at the gym through Transform.
Do you have locker services?
Transform has daily lockers and towel services available at no cost to you. Locker rentals are also available for a nominal fee. Contact a Transform Employee for more information.
